The consortium of ISI met in Poland last week to take stock of project’s work and prepare further steps of evaluation.

Hosted by Polish project partner SFOP, the partners took the opportunity to update each other on their local progress and discuss shared challenges and approaches to solutions. After training their volunteers in a previous step, and some holding additional trainings in the meantime, services supporting the integration of Ukrainian refugees were in place in all participating countries at the time of the meeting.
The group also agreed on how to assess the fulfilment of qualitative Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). A survey for the beneficiaries of the integration services carried out by the partners’ trained volunteers was also developed. It is to be translated and put into the field in the coming weeks. The goal is to get valuable feedback on the impact of the project but also to give each local partners more direct feedback on room for further improvement of their training and services.

The consortium will meet again for a final conclusion workshop at the beginning of October in Riga, Latvia.
